My Very First Anime Drawings

I found my old drawing book from way back with the very first anime drawings I had ever made. Feeling nostalgic, I decided to scan them. The pencil marks don't show well on the scan (especially the first one) and I was tempted to outline the drawings with a black pen, but I decided to leave them in their original form.

Actually, these four are the only anime drawings I've done - ever. I stopped drawing because I didn't think I was good enough. Now I realize that I was my own worst critic. I couldn't meet my unrealistic standard of perfection and I quit. Now that I have come to accept myself more, I can ease up and just allow myself to enjoy the learning process. I'm finally ready to start drawing again. :)

Anime & Manga 4 All has reached 150,000 total pageviews as of today. I am in awe thinking that I have either reached 150,000 people from all over the world or have reached people from all parts of the globe a total of 150,000 times. It's just so amazing. :)

Anime & Manga 4 All Turns One Year Old

I just realized that this blog turned one year old last April 10. Who would've thought? :)

To be honest, my track record with maintaining blogs and websites hasn't been so good. Before this one, I had started maybe four or five blogs and websites and abandoned them after a few months or so. Anime & Manga 4 All is the first blog I've had to turn one year old and I am very proud of myself! *gives herself a pat on the back* :D

To commemorate my Anime & Manga 4 All's first birthday, I made my first wallpaper! (Nothing fancy, but it's a start.) Feel free to download and use it. I'm looking forward to more years of sharing my love for anime and manga to everyone. See you around! :D

The Story of Kazehaya & Sawako

I just found this really amazing Kimi ni Todoke AMV that blew me away on YouTube! The Taylor Swift song fit the story of Kazehaya and Sawako almost perfectly, it was eerie. A must-watch for Kimi ni Todoke fans! (Warning: You might want to hold off watching this AMV until you've finished watching the entire season 2 of Kimi ni Todoke if you're planning to since there are spoilers.)
